Position Title Electrical Supervisor Electrical Engineer Department Maintenance Engineering Location Ambattur chennai Reporting To Maintenance Manager Engineering Head Experience Minimum 4 years in machine manufacturing industry 1 Job Purpose To oversee maintain and ensure the continuous operation of all electrical systems equipment and utilities in the plant Responsible for troubleshooting preventive maintenance safety compliance and supporting production activities by minimizing electrical downtime 2 Key Responsibilities A Maintenance Troubleshooting Perform daily monitoring inspection and maintenance of electrical equipment Troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure timely rectification to avoid downtime B Preventive Predictive Maintenance Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for all electrical machinery Maintain updated PM checklists and records Monitor equipment performance to identify potential breakdowns C Project Installation Support Assist in installation commissioning testing and validation of recent equipment Coordinate with vendors and contractors for project execution and AMC activities D Safety Compliance Ensure all electrical works comply with safety standards and statutory norms Conduct periodic safety audits and inspections E Documentation Reporting Maintain maintenance logs breakdown reports and energy consumption records Prepare daily weekly and monthly reports for management review F Team Coordination Supervise and guide electricians technicians train and plan manpower allocation for maintenance tasks Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person
