We are looking for a Site Supervisor with 2-5 years of experience in architectural and interior fit-out projects The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge attention to detail and the ability to manage in office execution to ensure quality timely delivery and adherence to design specifications The position offers an in-hand salary of 15 000 - 30 000 and prospects of growth Key Responsibilities Site Supervision Oversee day-to-day execution of work at project sites Ensure construction interior work is carried out as per approved architectural drawings Maintain quality standards and site safety Technical Coordination Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings is a must Handle on-site queries from contractors vendors and workers in coordination with the architect Ensure proper implementation of design details and instructions Reporting Documentation Prepare progress reports after each site visit Share daily weekly updates with architect and management Record site issues delays and material requirements Vendor Market Interaction Coordinate with vendors for site requirements Requirements Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English Confident persuasive and good coordination skills Self-motivated with ability to handle multiple sites Minimum 2-5 years of site supervision experience architecture interiors projects preferred Strong ability to read and understand working drawings layouts and details knowledge of architecture interior or construction services will be an added advantage Diploma Degree in Civil Engineering Architecture or relevant field preferred but not mandatory with strong experience Job Details Position Site Supervisor - Architecture Interiors Location Delhi NCR as per project location Job Type Full-time Experience 2-5 years Gender Preference any Working Hours 10 00 AM - 7 00 PM Weekly Off Sunday Salary Range 15 000 - 30 000 based on interview performance experience Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Language English Preferred Work Location In person
