About Momentum Hospitality Momentum Hospitality is a leading hotel consulting and management company working with premium hotels and luxury resorts We are expanding our team in Goa and seeking dedicated Stewards to support our partner properties while maintaining world-class standards in cleanliness safety and kitchen operations Job Summary The Steward will be responsible for keeping the kitchen and dishwashing areas clean organized and sanitized This role is essential in supporting the culinary team and ensuring smooth back-of-house operations at our partner hotels and resorts in Goa Key Responsibilities Wash clean and sanitize kitchen equipment utensils dishes pots and pans Operate dishwashing machines and ensure proper hygiene practices Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors walls storage areas and workstations Ensure all cleaned items are stored properly and safely Handle waste disposal and recycling as per hotel standards Assist in receiving storing and organizing supplies when required Follow all safety hygiene and food handling guidelines Support chefs and kitchen staff with basic preparation tasks when needed Report maintenance or safety issues to supervisors Job Type Full time Pay 9 832 81 - 16 732 50 per month Work Location In person
