About Antidote fit Antidote fit is India s first cosmetic surgery marketplace We re building a trusted digital platform that connects users with verified doctors and reputed clinics for aesthetic procedures Backed by a bold vision and early traction we re scaling fast and looking for an EIR Intern to join our journey What is an EIR Internship Think of it as a startup bootcamp As an EIR Intern you ll work directly with the founding team take ownership of high-impact projects across functions product growth partnerships ops and learn what it truly takes to build a company from scratch What You ll Work On Own mini-projects across product marketing growth partnerships and or operations Do rapid research user interviews and competitor analysis Prototype recent ideas test hypotheses and help scale experiments Coordinate between design tech sales and support teams Build dashboards write documentation or run scrappy campaigns Be a swiss army knife and problem solver for the founders Who You Are Aspiring entrepreneur founder or future startup builder Extremely self-driven curious and hands-on Strong analytical research and communication skills Comfortable with ambiguity and loves solving open-ended problems Bonus Prior startup freelance or leadership experience in college What You ll Get Direct mentorship from founders Exposure to all functions of a high-growth startup Certificate Letter of recommendation Priority consideration for future leadership roles at Antidote fit Job Type Internship Contract length 2 months Pay From 5 000 00 per month Work Location In person
