6 UX UI Designer Overview We are seeking a skilled UX UI Designer to create intuitive engaging and user-centric digital experiences The ideal candidate will combine solid UX thinking with polished UI design to support end-to-end product development Key Responsibilities Conduct user research interviews and usability testing to understand user behavior Develop personas user journeys information architecture and low-fidelity wireframes Create high-fidelity UI desis prototypes and visual assets aligned with brand guidelines Collaborate with product managers and developers to define requirements and user flows Contribute to and maintain the design system for consistent product experiences Iterate designs based on user feedback analytics and stakeholder inputs Ensure all designs follow accessibility and responsive design standards Support developers during implementation to maintain design accuracy Requirements Bachelor s degree in Design HCI Visual Communication or related field 0-2 years of experience as a UX UI Designer or similar role Strong portfolio demonstrating UX processes and polished UI work Proficiency in Figma Adobe XD Sketch and other design tools Understanding of usability principles design systems and accessibility guidelines Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive user experiences Strong communication collaboration and problem-solving skills Nice-to-Have Basic knowledge of HTML CSS or front-end concepts Experience with agile product development Familiarity with user testing tools like Hotjar Maze or UserTesting Job Type Full-time Pay 12 369 28 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location In person
