Core Responsibilities Patient Care and Support Provide compassionate care and support to patients throughout their fertility journey This includes monitoring patient vital signs and ensuring a clean and safe clinical environment Medication Management Administer prescribed medications including trigger injections for patients scheduled for egg retrieval and educate patients on self-administration practices and treatment plans Documentation and Records Maintain accurate and confidential medical records and reports ensuring all details are captured as per legal and hospital policies OPD IPD Management Manage patient flow and operations within the outpatient department which may include handling both OP and IP Inpatient department responsibilities depending on the clinic s structure Equipment Maintenance Ensure all medical equipment is in working order and prepare surgical dressing trays sending them for necessary sterilization autoclaving Collaboration Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team collaborating with doctors embryologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes Key Skills and Qualifications Education A qualification in ANM is the minimum requirement Experience 1-2 years of experience in a hospital or clinic setting with specific fertility experience being a plus Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 13 086 00 - 15 456 59 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
