- Site Supervisor Company Mahalaxmi Group Industry Real Estate About Us Mahalaxmi Group is a dynamic real estate organization committed to delivering high-quality housing solutions with a strong focus on customer satisfaction We strive to provide exceptional experiences to our clients while maintaining professionalism transparency and efficiency in all our processes Position Overview Site Supervisor We are looking for a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee daily site activities ensure smooth execution of work and maintain quality standards The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years of experience in residential construction and be able to coordinate effectively with the site team contractors and engineers Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site Ensure work execution as per drawings specifications and safety standards Coordinate with contractors labor teams and vendors for smooth workflow Monitor material usage stock availability and report shortages promptly Maintain daily site reports work progress records and documentation Inspect quality of work and raise concerns regarding defects or deviations Assist engineers in verifying measurements and preparing site updates Support in maintaining site cleanliness safety and compliance at all times Requirements Diploma ITI in Civil or relevant field preferred 3-4 years of experience in building construction residential preferred Good understanding of construction materials and basic technical knowledge Ability to read basic drawings and follow instructions from engineers Knowledge of safety practices and on-site coordination Skills Required Strong supervision and coordination skills Valuable communication and interpersonal abilities Problem-solving approach and decision-making capability Time management and ability to work under deadlines Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 45 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
