Designation Construction Manager Location Pune Travel Required to multiple project sites Working Days 6 days Experience 8-10 Years Industry Real Estate Construction Infrastructure Job Summary We are seeking a highly capable Construction Manager with proven experience in executing large-scale township projects and premium high-rise residential towers The ideal candidate will lead site execution coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure timely delivery with the highest standards of quality safety and compliance This role demands solid leadership technical expertise and the ability to handle complex multi-phase developments Key Responsibilities Site Execution Management Oversee day-to-day construction activities for township infrastructure and high-rise towers Ensure execution as per approved drawings specifications and project schedules Lead site teams including engineers supervisors foremen and contractors Coordinate structural finishing facade and MEP works to maintain smooth workflow Monitor productivity and ensure optimal manpower machinery and material deployment Project Planning Coordination Work closely with the Planning Manager to align execution with baseline schedules Interface with consultants PMC contractors and internal design teams Identify potential delays and implement mitigation or recovery action plans Hold daily weekly progress meetings to track work fronts and resolve bottlenecks Quality Safety Compliance Ensure adherence to QA QC protocols IS codes and approved method statements Conduct site audits and enforce quality-check processes across all trades Ensure strict compliance with HSE standards risk assessments and safety procedures Promote a safety-first culture among workers and subcontractors Material Resource Management Monitor material requirement forecasts and coordinate with procurement for timely supplies Verify quality and quantity of received materials Optimize resource allocation and reduce wastage Documentation Reporting Maintain accurate records of progress inspections site logs and daily reports Submit weekly monthly progress reports to senior management Support billing teams with measurement verification and work certification Special Focus Areas High-rise tower execution including core-wall construction structural cycles MEP verticals facade systems and premium finishing Township development works such as roads utilities STP WTP landscaping amenities and infrastructure Managing multiple phases towers simultaneously Job Expectations Desired Candidate Profile Extensive experience in construction management for high-rise luxury projects and townships Strong understanding of structural finishing MEP and infra works Ability to manage large subcontractor teams and multi-disciplinary operations Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills Pune-based or willing to relocate must be open to travel Key Skills Site Execution Leadership High-Rise Construction Techniques Township Infrastructure Execution Vendor Subcontractor Management Quality Safety Compliance Progress Monitoring Reporting Problem-Solving Decision-Making Multi-disciplinary Coordination Minimum Qualification B E B Tech in Civil Engineering M Tech is a plus Minimum Job Experience 8-10 Years Reporting to HOD Travel Required
