NRole Overview
nWe are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our Hyderabad showroom team.
NThis role is critical in ensuring smooth customer follow-ups, order coordination, and internal communication, enabling the sales team to focus on conversions and customer experience.
NKey Responsibilities
nSales & Customer Coordination

- Manage customer follow-ups for enquiries, quotations, and ongoing discussions N
- Ensure timely response to all leads, walk-ins, and customer queries N




- Coordinate with customers for quotations, design discussions, order confirmations, payments, etc N

nOrder Management

- n
- Track orders fromconfirmation to delivery N
- Coordinate with production, design, logistics, etc N
- Ensure timely updates to customers on order status N

nCRM & Reporting

- n
- Maintain accurateCRM entries for all leads and customers N
- Track: enquiries, follow-ups, conversions N
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the Store Manager N

nInternal Coordination

- n
- Work closely withshowroom sales team to ensure no missed follow-ups N
- Coordinate with HO teams (design, production, accounts) N
- Ensure smooth communication between all stakeholders N

nDocumentation & Support

- Prepare quotations and proposals N
- Maintain product, pricing, and client records N
- Support in documentation for architects, designers, and B2B clients N
