Job DescriptionAbout the role:
NThe Key Accounts Manager will lead business development across North India. The role is responsible for acquiring and growing strategic B2B customers, with a robust focus on international and national QSR chains, FMCG companies, food processors, cloud kitchens, and other large institutional food businesses.
NThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record in consultative B2B sales, strong industry relationships, and the ability to manage complex sales cycles while delivering sustainable business growth.
NDuties & Responsibilities:

- Identify, prospect, andacquire new key accounts across North India.
N
- Develop business with international and domestic QSR chains, FMCG companies, food processors, cloud kitchens, commissaries, and other large food service customers.

- Build and nurture relationships with procurement teams, R&D;, quality assurance, operations, and senior decision-makers.
N
- Understand customer requirements and assist to develop tailored commercial and product solutions.
N
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles,



including prospecting, presentations, negotiations, pricing, and contract closure.

- Collaborate with internal teams including NPD, supply chain, quality and finance to ensure seamless onboarding and account management.

- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and long-term customer retention within assigned accounts.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer opportunities to identify new avenues for growth.

- Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, and regular performance reports.
N
- Represent the company at industry events, trade exhibitions, and customer engagements.

- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
