Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Technical Trainer with solid knowledge of specialty chemicals such as pigments resins additives adhesives and waxes used in industries like paints inks plastics rubber and cosmetics The trainer will be responsible for educating our internal technical sales team improving their understanding of products applications and customer communication The candidate should also be able to teach our team the strategy of business development and sales from a technical perspective Key Responsibilities Conduct regular in-house training sessions for technical and sales teams on specialty chemical products and their applications Simplify complex chemical concepts and explain practical use in paints inks plastics rubber and cosmetics Train the staff on how to discuss products effectively with customers linking technical features with sales and business value Educate the team on strategies of business development customer engagement and consultative selling Prepare and deliver easy-to-understand training materials presentations and product notes Provide product demonstrations and explain performance aspects advantages and limitations Continuously update training content as per new product developments or market trends Evaluate participants understanding and provide feedback for improvement Support the management by improving the team s technical confidence and customer communication Qualifications Experience Bachelor s or Master s degree in Chemistry Chemical Engineering or Polymer Science Minimum 5 years of experience in specialty chemicals preferably in paints inks plastics or related industries Practical understanding of product formulation performance testing and industrial applications Experience in technical training sales support or business development training will be an advantage Skills Required Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to teach and engage participants effectively Deep understanding of specialty chemical products and their usage Knowledge of business development and customer handling strategies Reach out at careers indiadyechem com or (phone hidden) Job Type Contractual Temporary Work Location In person
