Job Purpose To plan prepare and deliver engaging and effective Marathi language lessons that enhance students reading writing speaking and comprehension skills while promoting cultural appreciation Key Responsibilities Teach Marathi language to students as per the school curriculum and academic standards Prepare lesson plans teaching aids and assessments to ensure effective learning Foster an setting that encourages active participation creativity and critical thinking Assess and monitor students progress through classwork homework and examinations Provide individual support to students to improve their language proficiency Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a positive learning atmosphere Collaborate with other teachers and staff for curriculum planning and co-curricular activities Organize cultural events competitions and activities related to Marathi language and literature Maintain accurate records of students performance and provide timely feedback to parents Qualifications Skills Bachelor s or Master s degree in Marathi Languages Literature or equivalent B Ed Prior teaching experience in Marathi language school-level experience preferred Strong command over written and spoken Marathi Excellent communication classroom management and interpersonal skills Passion for teaching and ability to motivate students Job Type Full-time Pay 10 590 85 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
