Electrical Engineer Testing Engineer JD As an Electrical Engineer at Navitus Controls Equipment you will play a crucial role in the testing maintenance and quality assurance of electrical systems and equipment Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams you will ensure the successful implementation performance and reliability of electrical solutions while adhering to industry standards and safety protocols Testing Quality Control Perform in-process and final inspections and testing of electrical systems including control panels stators rotors and generators Document test results prepare inspection reports and recommend improvements as needed Maintenance Support Provide technical support for the maintenance and troubleshooting of existing electrical equipment and systems Conduct routine maintenance and upgrades to electrical systems and components Project Management Collaboration Work closely with project managers technicians and engineering teams to ensure successful project execution Assist in the preparation of project timelines budgets and technical documentation Process Improvement Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for optimization in processes related to electrical systems Stay updated on industry trends and advancements incorporating best practices into projects Safety Compliance Adhere to all safety standards procedures and regulatory requirements for electrical work Promote a culture of safety within the team and report potential hazards or non-compliance issues Experience in generator systems rotor and stator assembly or related fields is an advantage Perform ensure the relevant quality control inspections and tests are planned and executed and appropriately recorded Ensure use of calibrated testing equipment while testing and coordinate with OM Visual inspection dimension and constructional checks of complete assembly Preform Electrical tests like Insulation resistance test AC DC High Voltage test Tan Delta Partial Discharge Stator Core High Induction tests RSO impedance RTD checking and inspections of Generator products in compliance international and national regulations Ensure test equipment process and personnel are capable Experience Minimum 2-6 years of experience in electrical engineering preferably in quality assurance control systems or industrial equipment Qualifications Education Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field from a recognized university or Diploma Skills Competencies Strong understanding of electrical systems circuits and components Proficiency in tools and software for electrical testing and analysis Familiarity with electrical codes and safety standards e g IEC NEC IS Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams and clients Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Additional Requirements Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Willingness to travel to client sites or project locations as needed Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Perks Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Health insurance and other employee benefits Opportunities for career growth and development Contact Person Sushmita HR Email sushmita navituscontrols com Salary Negotiable Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
