Job Summary We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage inbound and or outbound calling processes The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries professionally provide accurate information resolve issues efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner Understand customer needs and provide accurate information solutions or alternatives Maintain records of customer interactions comments and complaints in the CRM system Follow communication scripts and call-flow guidelines when handling different topics Resolve customer issues promptly or escalate to the appropriate department Meet daily weekly call targets quality standards and service-level metrics Provide product service information to customers clearly and effectively Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through active listening Follow company policies procedures and compliance standards Participate in training sessions to improve knowledge and performance Required Skills Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Bachelor s degree is a plus Prior experience in a call center or customer service role preferred Excellent verbal communication skills in language required Strong listening problem-solving and interpersonal skills Ability to handle high-volume calls and work in a quick-paced environment Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools Ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations Job Type Full time Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Application Question s Are you interested for Sultanpur metro station 5-6 minutes walk We will Moving to Gurugram Location by November So Are you Interested Do you have experience in tele calling Language English Required Work Location In person
