JOB DESCRIPTION Work Experience - 2-3 years 1 Analyzing building specifications codes and sites 2 Creating technical drawings from architects sketches and specifications 3 Using CAD software to create drawings that incorporate exact measurements calculations building codes and other construction details 4 Printing CAD drawing schematics for use by architects construction managers and structural and maintenance engineers 5 Preparing drawings charts and records with CAD equipment and conventional drafting techniques 6 Should know detailing in architecture and interior designing and coordinate with various contractors on site 7 Visiting construction sites to perform measurements and calculate dimensions as needed 8 Collaborating with architects and construction engineers to ensure adherence to building specifications and industry regulations 9 Keeping abreast of the latest developments and technologies in architectural design Education minimum of a diploma in architecture or a related field such as construction management or building science Software Requirements Autocad essential any 3d software Sketchup preferable Job Type Full time Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Ability to commute relocate Punjabi Bagh Delhi Delhi Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Experience assistant architect 3 years Preferred Work Location In person
