We re Hiring Store Manager Experience 5-7 years in store inventory management preferably in an engineering distribution stockist company Qualification B Com B E Mechanical Diploma in Material Management Location Ahmedabad Only Ahmedabad-based candidates preferred Role Overview The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire store and inventory operations ensuring accurate stock control for a large volume of engineering items This role requires strong leadership excellent organisational skills and the ability to maintain smooth coordination between purchase dispatch and internal teams The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented well-versed in inventory systems and capable of managing over 2000 items efficiently Key Responsibilities Maintain daily store operations ensure efficient inventory control for 2000 items Conduct routine stock audits and prevent discrepancies Supervise and lead store staff with proper duty allocation Prepare reports for stock location-wise inventory dispatch procurement and MIS Handle documentation tracking using MS Excel ERP Tally inventory software bin card Ensure accuracy organisation and timely flow of materials Troubleshoot inventory issues and maintain smooth operational workflow Skills Required Strong knowledge of store inventory management processes Proficiency in Excel ERP Tally and stock control systems Ability to manage large inventories with accuracy Leadership qualities team management skills Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving abilities Job Type Full-time Pay 45 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month
