Job Title Accounts Head Location Rajkot Department Accounts Finance Employment Type Full-Time Experience Required Minimum 3 to 5 Years Position Overview The Accounts Head will be responsible for leading the company s financial operations ensuring accuracy compliance and efficiency across all accounting functions This role requires a detail-oriented professional with solid analytical skills the ability to manage a team and a solid understanding of financial regulations and reporting standards Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Operations Management Oversee day-to-day accounting activities including Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Payroll and General Ledger Ensure timely preparation and review of monthly quarterly and annual financial statements Monitor cash flow budgeting fund management and financial forecasting Ensure accurate and timely bank reconciliations and maintenance of accounting records Compliance Statutory Requirements Ensure strict adherence to GST TDS Income Tax PF ESI and other statutory compliances Coordinate with internal and external auditors during statutory and internal audits Maintain updated documentation for all compliance-related processes Reporting Financial Analysis Prepare and present MIS reports and financial dashboards for management review Conduct variance analysis cost control reviews and profitability assessments Provide strategic insights to support decision-making and financial planning Team Leadership Coordination Lead mentor and supervise the accounts team to ensure high performance and accuracy Review team outputs allocate tasks and provide necessary training Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and established standards Vendor Stakeholder Management Oversee vendor reconciliations payments and credit terms Collaborate with cross-functional departments such as Admin HR Sales and Dispatch for smooth financial operations Liaise with banks financial institutions and auditors as required Qualifications Skills Bachelor s Master s degree in Commerce Accounting Finance or a related field CA Inter CA MBA Finance preferred optional Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting including supervisory or managerial responsibilities Strong knowledge of Tally ERP GST Portal MS Excel and financial reporting standards Excellent analytical communication and leadership skills High level of accuracy integrity and confidentiality Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
