Job Title Accountant Location Coimbatore Job Type Full-Time Part-Time Contract Department Finance Reports To Finance Manager Controller Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage and maintain financial records ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations and support budgeting and financial planning processes The ideal candidate will be analytical organized and able to communicate financial information clearly and accurately Key Responsibilities Prepare and examine financial records ensuring accuracy and compliance with laws and regulations Maintain general ledger and record all financial transactions Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data Assist in the preparation of financial reports such as balance sheets income statements and cash flow statements Monitor accounts payable and receivable Support month-end and year-end closing processes Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting Prepare tax returns and ensure timely payment of taxes Collaborate with auditors during internal or external audits Maintain and improve accounting systems and procedures Requirements Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or related field Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar role Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations Proficiency in accounting software e g QuickBooks SAP Xero Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities Good communication and interpersonal skills CPA or relevant certification preferred but not mandatory Preferred Qualifications Experience in industry-specific experience e g manufacturing non-profit etc Familiarity with specific tools ERP systems etc Ability to work independently and as part of a team Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
