Organization The Organisation Harley s Fine Baking https www harleys com is a European style patisserie premium cake selling company created by an IIM professor to disrupt the cake and coffee market established to spread bonafide taste of the streets of Manhattan across the world Brought into the world from a love for baking the desire to create a meeting place that serves delicious food with a warm rustic setting The Organization offers a full scope of Breads morning merchandise cakes baked and savoury goods Currently the team size is of about 200 people with more than 15 outlets across Hyderabad along with a plan of opening 100 new outlets across Mumbai Goa Vijayawada Bangalore Chennai scaling up to 1000 people over the next year Designation Sr Finance Manager Accounting Operations Work Location Nanakramguda Hyderabad Telangana Qualification CA preferred M Com with strong hands-on accounting experience Experience Overall 10-15 years total experience including minimum 5 years leading an accounting team Job Brief As a Senior Finance Manager Accounting Operations you will lead the end-to-end accounting function across multiple outlets the central kitchen and the corporate office You will lead and manage the day-to-day Accounting Department ensuring accurate recording of high-volume accounting transactions strong internal controls timely reconciliations and flawless month-end closing D 5 across all Harley s outlets central kitchen and HO This role requires deep experience with 100 Cr scale operations and multi-unit F B retail environments Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end accounting operations for all outlets central kitchen and head office Ensure accurate posting of high-volume journal entries across AP AR payroll inventory and OPEX Own the General Ledger GL including reconciliations schedules and control checks Deliver timely and accurate P L Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements Drive month-end close within D 5 ensuring completeness of accruals provisions and adjustments Strengthen internal controls across cash petty cash store expenses and inventory accounting Standardize and improve SOPs for accounting closing and financial controls Ensure 100 compliance with GST TDS PF ESIC PT filings and related documentation Liaise with statutory and internal auditors ensuring full audit readiness with zero lapses Monitor and manage OPEX accounting ensuring proper verification allocation and approvals Review reconciliations bank vendor GRN Inventory revenue inter-company advances regularly Collaborate with Revenue Assurance Compliance and FP A to ensure accuracy in reporting Lead mentor and develop the accounting team ensuring output quality and accountability Conduct weekly finance operations reviews with clear action tracking and closure Drive continuous improvement in processes controls ERP usage and reporting efficiency Required Skills Proven experience handling 100-250 Cr annual revenue Experience managing 10 000 JEs per month in a multi-outlet environment Strong knowledge of GST TDS PF ESIC PT and audit processes Expertise in month-end closing GL reconciliations and control frameworks Hands-on experience with Tally Odoo or similar ERP environments Excellent proficiency in Excel lookup pivot reconciliation logic Strong communication and ability to enforce process discipline Desired Skills Experience in the F B retail or multi-unit business operations Exposure to automation or process modernization within finance Ability to work with cross-functional teams operations supply chain HR revenue assurance Personal Attributes Execution-focused with exceptional attention to detail Process-driven and structured thrives under tight deadlines High ownership mentality nothing slips through the cracks Ability to coach uplift and discipline teams for high performance Integrity-driven and committed to a compliant finance culture Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay Up to 2 500 000 00 per year Ability to commute relocate Hyderabad Telangana Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Experience Accounting Operations 10 years Required leading an accounting team 5 years Required handling 100 Cr annual revenue 5 years Required F B retail or multi-unit business operations 3 years Required Work Location In person
