Company ZACKLE Location Calicut Salary 35 000 - 45 000 per month Email hr zackle in Qualification MBA in HR ZACKLE a leading company in the construction field dealing with TOSTEM window systems is seeking a strong and reliable HR Manager who can independently manage all HR activities in our Calicut office Key Responsibilities Oversee the full employee life cycle including talent acquisition onboarding orientation programs learning development coordination payroll follow-ups and off-boarding procedures Formulate review and refine HR policies and standard operating procedures ensure full compliance with labour regulations and statutory requirements Support employee welfare and performance by managing employee relations overseeing evaluations addressing grievances and administering disciplinary procedures when required Ensure proper maintenance of HR data and documentation such as attendance and leave records employee files and digital HR databases Partner with senior management and department heads to understand workforce needs and contribute to strategic HR planning and resource deployment Facilitate employee engagement initiatives support team-building programs and promote a healthy and collaborative work culture Generate and analyze HR dashboards metrics and manage day-to-day operations of the HRMS platform for effective functioning Required Qualifications MBA in Human Resources Mandatory Minimum 5 years of HR management experience Strong knowledge of HR functions labour laws and compliance procedures Excellent communication leadership and decision-making skills Ability to independently lead the HR department Preferred Skills Experience in construction technical industry HR preferred Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools Strong people-handling and problem-solving skills What We Offer Salary 35 000 - 45 000 based on experience Professional and growth-oriented work workplace Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 35 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid sick time Work Location In person Application Deadline 10 12 2025
