Job Descripton Designation Assistant Manager -Accounts Qualification Bcom Mcom Experience Minimum 6 years experience in accounts and costing Location Thrikkakkara Salary RS 40k- 45K Contact (phone hidden) KRA - Assistant Manager Accounts 1 Accounts Payable Receivable Management Ensure timely processing of supplier invoices dealer payments credit notes and debit notes Monitor dealer outstanding ageing analysis and follow up for timely collections in coordination with the sales team 2 Daily Accounting Ledger Maintenance Oversee daily bookkeeping ledger posting bank entries and reconciliation Ensure accuracy of entries related to TATA Tiscon material inward sales freight incentives and stock adjustments 3 GST Statutory Compliance Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns e-invoice generation e-way bills and reconciliation of GSTR 1 2A 3B Support statutory audits internal audits and compliance inspections 4 Inventory Cost Monitoring Reconcile stock between SAP ERP yard reports and physical stock Track material movement freight expenses unloading charges and report variances to management 5 MIS Reporting Financial Analysis Prepare daily weekly monthly MIS reports including sales collection outstanding credit exposure and margin analysis Provide insights to management for decision-making related to pricing incentives and credit control 6 Process Control ERP Management Ensure smooth operation of ERP SAP modules related to accounting inventory and billing Support automation initiatives and enforce internal controls to prevent errors leakages and non-compliance 7 Team Coordination Support Supervise junior accountants ensure timely completion of tasks review data accuracy and support cross-functional teams Sales Warehouse Logistics Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 40 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Perks Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
