Key Responsibilities1 Financial Accounting Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP system Prepare and record vouchers invoices receipts and payments Reconcile bank statements and prepare monthly reconciliation reports Handle petty cash and maintain proper records 2 Payroll Employee Records Assist in preparing monthly payroll Maintain attendance records for salary processing Handle statutory deductions like PF ESIC Professional Tax TDS etc 3 Billing Fee Management For School Manage student fee collection and issue receipts Maintain fee ledger outstanding records and follow-up for dues Coordinate with parents students regarding fee queries 4 Compliance Documentation Ensure compliance with financial policies and statutory requirements Prepare documents for audits internal external Maintain organized records of all financial data 5 Reporting Prepare monthly MIS reports for management Assist in budgeting and forecasting Generate financial statements as required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Commerce B Com M Com Proven experience as an Accountant school experience preferred Knowledge of Tally ERP MS Office Excel Word Strong understanding of accounting principles Positive communication and analytical skills Ability to handle confidential data responsibly Personal Attributes Attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Professional and ethical behavior Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Work Location In person
