you love a challenge to innovate but you also have an organised and structured approach to tasks You re an excellent communicator - written verbal - with awesome influencing skills You re likeable and you thrive in a fast-paced sometimes chaotic startup environment 10 years as a Scrum Master Project lead working with dedicated Agile teams using Scrum or Kanban Degree in Computer Science Mathematics IT or similar discipline Qualified Certification in Scrum methodologies Highly experienced using Jira Notion Confluence Slack etc Experience in SDLC STLC across Agile product development Software Product release management experience Knowledge of projects releases in start-up environment General Information Adhere to Nomia s data protection and information security policies at all times Promote diversity and inclusion in line with Nomia s core values This is a hybrid role with three office days per week required potentially more during training or as requested by your supervisor Contribute to continuous improvement in systems and processes Please note that this role description is a guideline and duties may evolve over time
