About the role The People Team at Arbor sit at the heart of the business and are passionate about creating an environment and culture for people to do their best work In line with our values we believe in creating space for people to own what they do make an impact and drive a culture where everyday is a school day We re launching our first ever Graduate Programme in India to attract and develop bright current talent for our technical teams As Graduate Programme Manager you ll design deliver and continuously improve the programme giving graduates a brilliant start to their careers and ensuring Arbor has a strong pipeline of future talent This is a hands-on role you ll own the full lifecycle of the programme from building partnerships with universities through to onboarding training rotations pastoral support and transition into permanent roles If successful you ll have the opportunity to scale the programme across Arbor globally Key responsibilities Programme Design Delivery Design and launch Arbor s 12-month Graduate Scheme in India aligned with our culture and business needs Develop programme structure including rotations training modules and assessment milestones Source and manage external training providers to deliver specialist content Talent Attraction Partnerships Build relationships with colleges and universities to establish Arbor as an employer of choice in Technopark Oversee the attraction and selection process each year including assessment days and candidate experience Graduate Experience Line Management Line manage and provide pastoral care for up to 10 graduates per cohort Manage onboarding induction and offboarding at the end of the scheme Facilitate smooth integration of graduates into different teams during rotations Stakeholder Project Management Partner with technical team leaders to scope placements and manage graduate performance feedback Track programme KPIs retention performance satisfaction and provide regular reporting to leadership Manage budgets and contracts with training providers and other vendors Future Growth Develop a blueprint for expanding Arbor s early careers programme across other geographies Act as an ambassador for early careers internally and externally Requirements About you 8 years experience as part of a HR team with experience line managing a diverse team of people Proven experience designing and managing graduate internship or early-career programmes in a fast-growing organisation Strong project and stakeholder management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver on time Experience working with universities training providers and internal business units Excellent communication relationship-building and coaching skills A passion for supporting and developing young talent Experience working with technical teams and being able to understand their needs Flexibility and resilience to launch something new and iterate quickly Benefits What we offer The chance to work alongside a team of hard-working passionate people in a role where you ll see the impact of your work every day We also offer Group Term Life Insurance paid out at 3x Annual CTC Arbor India 32 days holiday plus Arbor Holidays This is made up of 25 days annual leave plus 7 extra companywide days given over Easter Summer Christmas Work time 9 30 am to 6 pm 8 5 hours only Compensation - 100 fixed salary disbursement and no variable component Interview process Phone screen 1st round discussion G-Meet Assessment with a task HR Final Face to Face Discussion
