Project Role Application Lead Project Role Description Lead the effort to design build and configure applications acting as the primary point of contact Must have skills Agile Program Management Good to have skills Program Project Management Minimum 7 5 year s of experience is required Educational Qualification 15 years full time education 1 Key Responsibilities Infrastructure Endpoint Program Delivery o Lead the end-to-end implementation of Tanium including platform rollout and modules such as Discover Deploy Patch Enforce Comply Performance Connect o Manage deployment across both on-prem and cloud servers as well as desktops laptops and VDIs ensuring performance and minimal disruption o Drive large-scale infrastructure initiatives including data center migrations cloud adoption automation and system upgrades o Coordinate integrations with platforms like ServiceNow CMDB ITSM ITOM ITAM IRM Cribl Data Lakes and observability systems Agile Delivery Execution o Apply Agile methodologies Scrum SAFe to infrastructure and endpoint programs for faster more adaptive delivery o Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups retrospectives sprint planning and PI planning o Drive the implementation of DevOps and Continuous Delivery practices within infrastructure workstreams o Align programs to long-term IT strategy and business objectives ensuring scalability compliance and automation Operational Excellence o Work closely with service owners to define and monitor KPIs patch SLAs compliance metrics and operational health o Establish dashboards and reporting mechanisms for real-time visibility into system coverage and performance o Partner with SRE automation and platform teams to enable self-healing and zero-touch operations using Tanium insights o Ensure comprehensive documentation runbooks and operational handover for long-term ownership Stakeholder Engagement Governance o Build strong relationships across security compliance cloud networking server and desktop support teams o Serve as the primary liaison for executive updates escalations governance reviews and steering committees o Proactively manage technical risks resource constraints and inter-team dependencies o Deliver clear concise and data-driven status reports to both technical and business stakeholders Required Experience Qualifications o 6-8 years of experience managing IT Infrastructure or Endpoint Management programs within large enterprise environments o Hands-on experience delivering programs involving Tanium or similar platforms e g BigFix SCCM CrowdStrike o Expertise in infrastructure domains such as network modernization cloud transformation AWS Azure virtualization and automation o Solid command of Agile frameworks Scrum SAFe applied in infrastructure and IT Ops o Deep understanding of ITSM ITIL patch management compliance frameworks NIST CIS and endpoint lifecycle operations o Experience managing multiple projects concurrently while navigating complex stakeholder landscapes Certifications o Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field Master s degree a plus o Professional certifications such as PMP SAFe Agilist Scrum Master or ITIL o Familiarity with observability platforms e g Cisco FSO Splunk Grafana and modern security architectures Zero Trust CIS Benchmarks o Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across all levels o Passion for technology innovation and driving continuous improvement 15 years full time education
