Accountant - Beverage Manufacturing Unit Location Manor Palghar Maharashtra About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team at a beverage manufacturing unit in Manor Palghar The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of our manufacturing operations ensuring accuracy and compliance with all accounting principles and regulations This role requires a strong understanding of cost accounting specific to the manufacturing industry and the ability to contribute to strategic financial decision-making Key Responsibilities Financial Management Manage and maintain accurate financial records including the general ledger accounts payable accounts receivable and payroll Cost Accounting Analyze and track production costs including raw materials labor and overhead Prepare cost reports and conduct variance analysis to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement Financial Reporting Prepare and present monthly quarterly and annual financial statements including profit and loss statements balance sheets and cash flow statements Budgeting and Forecasting Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts and monitor performance against these budgets Taxation and Compliance Handle all tax-related matters including GST TDS and other relevant taxes Ensure compliance with all local and national financial regulations Inventory Management Work closely with the operations and supply chain teams to maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile inventory accounts Auditing Coordinate and assist with internal and external audits Ad-hoc Analysis Provide financial analysis and reports to management to support business planning and decision-making Qualifications and Skills Education Bachelor s degree in Commerce B Com or a related field A professional certification like CMA or CA Inter is a plus Experience Proven experience as an Accountant preferably with a background in the manufacturing or food and beverage industry Technical Skills Proficiency in accounting software e g Tally ERP 9 SAP QuickBooks Advanced knowledge of MS Office especially Excel Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles GAAP Core Competencies Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various departments Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently Job Type Full time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
