Job description Hi Immediate hiring Manager Accounts role Location- Udhog vihar phase- 4 Gurgaon Qualification- CA qualified Age- below 40yrs Interview mode- Online Process requirements - 6 days week working 2nd and 4th sat work from home - Shifts -10am to 7pm and 12pm to 9pm - Cab is available for one side dropped facility if your shift will be logout after 9pm - Hiring zone- Gurgaon south delhi west delhi localities can apply Requisite Skills - Attention to details - he or she must identify gaps areas of focus and should feel comfortable presenting recommendations to various stakeholders - Strong written verbal communication skills and must have robust control over MS Power point - Candidate must have experience and thorough knowledge in domains - Accounts Payable Accounts receivables - Good knowledge of Indian Accounting compliances for TDS GST - Able to work independently to resolve issues - Ability to work accurately in tight timeframes - Able to identify improvement opportunities - Team handling experience up to 2-3 Supervisors AM with indirect reportees of 15-20 members with strong People Management skills including resolving conflicts influencing and communicating well with the team - Exposure of startup Technology Manufacturing business environment would be an added advantage - Good to have working Knowledge of ticketing tool load assignment work load management Key Responsibilities 1 Leading AP AR Payments for Domestic International business for various BUs 2 Supervision of operational deliveries and enhancing process efficiency 3 Ensuring process controls for transactional compliances of TDS GST 4 Guiding TLs Supervisors for day to day handling of the process 5 Understands business and coordinate with supervisors Management for process improvements 6 Ensuring plans for process improvement and implementation of the same 7 Ensure publishing periodic MIS various dashboards on Productivity Accuracy TAT adherence Escalations etc 8 Analyzing knowledge gaps and ensuring trainings for agents 9 Planning for forecasted volume and manage actual in line with shrinkage 10 Controlling overall performance doing performance reviews progression plans and ensuring motivation of the team 11 Regular connect with client at different levels for building relationship Job Type Permanent Pay 60 000 00 - 150 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
