Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the Electronics Manufacturing Services EMS sector The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities developing relationships with potential and existing clients and driving revenue growth by promoting our contract manufacturing and value-added services Key Responsibilities Business Development Identify and target prospective clients in sectors such as automotive industrial medical devices IoT and consumer electronics Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities through cold calling networking and attending industry events Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers e g procurement engineering operations Understand customer requirements and provide tailored EMS solutions to meet their needs Sales Process Management Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and technical proposals Negotiate terms pricing and contracts in collaboration with internal teams Follow up on leads and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets Market Intelligence Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer feedback Provide inputs to product and service development based on customer needs Collaboration Work closely with internal teams including engineering production and supply chain to ensure seamless project execution Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management Qualifications Skills Education Bachelor s degree in Electronics Electrical Experience 2-5 years of sales experience in EMS electronics manufacturing or related industry Knowledge of EMS industry PCB assembly SMT box-build or contract manufacturing processes is a strong advantage Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Ability to understand technical requirements and propose suitable solutions Self-driven proactive and capable of working independently Willingness to travel as needed Key Performance Indicators KPIs Revenue and sales target achievement Number of recent customer acquisitions Customer satisfaction and retention Sales cycle time and conversion rate Benefits Competitive salary and commission structure Professional growth opportunities Exposure to global EMS market trends and technologies Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 13 050 25 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
