position summary As a Service Engineer you will be responsible for installing maintaining and repairing our company sproducts at customer sites You will troubleshoot technical issues provide training to customers and ensurethat our products are operating efficiently The role requires strong technical skills excellent problem-solvingabilities and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our customers PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITY Install commission and configure company products at customer sites according to specifications Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of equipment to ensure optimal performance andreliability Diagnose technical issues and provide timely and effective solutions to minimize downtime Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components or parts as needed Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution Document all service activities including troubleshooting steps repairs and maintenance tasks Provide training to customers on the operation and maintenance of company products Communicate with customers professionally and courteously to address their concerns andinquiries Stay updated on product developments technical advancements and industry best practices Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working at customer sites KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES Bachelor s degree in Engineering or related field Proven experience as a Service Engineer or similar role in the relevant industry Solid knowledge of mechanical electrical systems Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and performing repairs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to travel to customer sites as required Valid driver s license and clean driving record Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service Certification in relevant technical areas Previous experience in a customer-facing role Knowledge of industry regulations and standards Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 8 791 06 - 32 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Willingness to travel 100 Required Work Location In person
