Make outbound calls to prospective students or clients and explain the services offered IT courses or digital marketing services Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns Understand customer needs and provide appropriate course service information Maintain a record of calls and update the CRM with feedback and status Convert leads into walk-ins or confirmed enrollments sales Coordinate with counselors or sales team for closures Handle basic queries and redirect complex ones to the concerned department Requirements Good communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati English is a plus Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office CRM Confident energetic and persuasive with a positive attitude Goal-oriented and capable of working under targets Job Type Full time Pay 8 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
