1 Site Planning Execution Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings BOQ and technical specifications Plan and schedule manpower materials and machinery for all assigned sites Ensure adherence to timelines quality and safety standards 2 Multi-Site Coordination Regularly visit and monitor 2-3 sites to track progress resolve in office issues and ensure smooth operations Coordinate between site teams design team purchase and project management for seamless execution Prepare weekly work plans and site-wise progress reports for management review 3 Technical Supervision Verify civil structural finishing and MEP works as per approved drawings and IS standards Inspect work quality and guide site supervisors and contractors on corrective actions Conduct quantity checks and verify contractor bills and measurements 4 Resource Material Management Forecast and raise material requirements in advance to avoid site delays Coordinate with the procurement team for material delivery and track inventory usage Optimize workforce deployment and ensure productivity across all sites 5 Documentation Reporting Maintain daily site reports DPRs Daily Progress Reports and weekly schedules for each site Report any site issues delays or design conflicts immediately to the project head Support billing measurement books and site handover documentation 6 Safety Compliance Ensure all safety protocols and site regulations are followed Conduct toolbox talks and site safety briefings with workers and contractors Liaise with local authorities if required for permits inspections or site-related clearances Job Type Full-time Pay 12 628 21 - 52 310 66 per month Work Location In person
