Experience 3 yearsSoftware Autodesk InventorLocation Infopark Kakkanad KochiMode of Work Work from Office We are seeking a highly skilled Facade BIM Modeller with experience in using Autodesk Inventor to join our team As a Facade BIM Modeller you will be responsible for creating 3D models and drawings for various Facade systems You will work closely with the Contractors or Sub Contractors BIM team and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of BIM Models and Drawings Responsibilities Create accurate and detailed 3D models of building facade systems using Autodesk Inventor Should be Familiar with Modelling of Stick Unitized GRC Complicated Canopies etc Collaborate closely with Architects and engineers to ensure models meet design specifications and technical requirements Develop parametric models for efficient design iteration and modification Generate 2D construction drawings Fabrication drawings from 3D models Implement material properties and finishes within the model for accurate visualization and analysis Conduct clash detection and resolve potential conflicts between facade components and other building elements Maintain a high level of organization and documentation throughout the modelling process Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in facade design and BIM modelling Skills Required Bachelor s or Masters Degree in Civil Architecture or a related field 3 years of experience in creating 3D Facade models using Autodesk Inventor software is mandatory Computer literate E g Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook Solid communication skills and ability to collaborate with project stakeholders Good time management skills to meet project deadlines Ability to work independently or as part of a team Willingness to learn and stay current with the latest BIM technology and software updates
