Job Title Maintenance Manager Location Ludhiana Experience 5 years in Maintenance from Packaging Background Industry Packaging Industry We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee all installation repair and upkeep operations of our company s facilities You will be responsible for ensuring that machinery and infrastructure are well-maintained and run efficiently Key Responsibilities Plan and coordinate maintenance activities for all machinery equipment and building systems Supervise and lead maintenance staff technicians and vendors Inspect facilities regularly to identify necessary maintenance or repairs Maintain records of all maintenance and service activities Manage budgets and control expenses for repairs and maintenance Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and regulations Schedule preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and increase machine efficiency Handle emergency breakdowns and repairs swiftly and cost-effectively Required Skills Qualifications Degree or diploma in Mechanical Electrical Engineering or relevant field Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a maintenance leadership role must be from Packaging Background Excellent knowledge of machinery HVAC electrical systems plumbing and safety regulations Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks Job Type Full time Pay 40 000 00 - 65 000 00 per month Work Location In person
