Job description As an accountant you will be responsible for carrying out various duties including preparing journal entries maintaining balance sheet schedules and ledgers and performing account and bank reconciliations You will also be required to assist with monthly closings and conduct account analysis to ensure accuracy Your role will involve supporting the accountant in carrying out their responsibilities for the general accounting function Key Responsibilities Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable receivable ledgers and reconciliations Should know TDS TCS Perform GST filings ensuring timely and accurate submission in compliance with tax regulations Use Tally software to maintain accurate records of financial transactions Prepare and submit periodic financial reports including profit and loss statements balance sheets and cash flow statements Assist with tax audits statutory audits and internal audits Ensure compliance with corporate policies and accounting standards Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities Handle payroll processing and tax deductions as required Collaborate with cross-functional teams for budgeting and financial planning Respond to accounting inquiries from management and external auditors Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field 1-2 years of experience in corporate accounting Robust knowledge of GST filing and taxation regulations Proficiency in Tally software is a must Experience with financial reporting audits and reconciliations Excellent analytical problem-solving and organizational skills Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Accounting 1 year Preferred Tally 1 year Preferred total work 1 year Preferred License Certification CA-Inter Preferred Work Location In person
