Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our Affiliate Marketing team The role involves identifying onboarding and managing new affiliate partners optimizing existing relationships and driving revenue growth through performance marketing models CPA CPL CPI CPS The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation skills an understanding of digital marketing trends and the ability to build long-term partnerships Key Responsibilities Identify recruit and onboard new affiliate partners networks and publishers Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with affiliates and key stakeholders Negotiate payout structures campaign terms and partnerships to maximize ROI Collaborate with internal teams campaign management media buying tech finance to optimize affiliate performance Monitor analyze and report on affiliate campaigns to ensure profitability and scale Explore new business opportunities markets and verticals for affiliate growth Keep updated with industry trends competitor strategies and emerging technologies in performance marketing Ensure compliance with company policies and prevent fraudulent activity Requirements Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field MBA is a plus 1-5 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing Business Development or Digital Marketing Strong understanding of CPA CPI CPL and CPS models Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel Google Sheets and performance tracking tools Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment Preferred Skills Existing network of affiliates advertisers or publishers Knowledge of affiliate tracking platforms HasOffers Affise Cake etc Experience in mobile app marketing or e-commerce verticals Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Work Location In person
