Job Summary VJM Global is seeking a energetic Client Engagement Specialist Shift Allocator HR Admin to join our team in Kochi This is a multi-faceted role primarily focusing on proactively engaging potential clients within the UK healthcare sector to secure new business managing service allocations and performing essential HR administrative tasks This position is open to freshers and candidates with no prior experience as we provide comprehensive paid training Candidates must possess exceptional English communication skills a confident phone presence and the mandatory flexibility to work all three shift types Morning Mid-day and Night on a rotating basis Key Responsibilities This role focuses on client acquisition service allocation and administrative support 1 Client Engagement Outbound Communication Initiate calls to prospective clients using provided leads to introduce VJM Global s services Sales Cycle Management Articulate our service features build strong rapport identify client needs and confidently close sales Target Achievement Consistently achieve or exceed daily weekly and monthly client acquisition targets Relationship Management Professionally handle client inquiries conduct timely follow-ups and deliver outstanding customer service 2 Shift Allocation HR Administration Perform initial administrative tasks related to client needs and service allocation immediately following a successful engagement Accurately record and document all client interactions specific service requirements and allocation notes in the company s system Assist with general HR administrative duties as assigned which may include updating employee records managing documentation and supporting onboarding processes Working Hours Shift Flexibility MANDATORY This is a full time position requiring mandatory and total flexibility to work across all three shifts Candidates must be available for assignment to any shift below Shift Type Morning Shift Shift Timing IST 10 30 AM - 7 30 PM Mid-day Shift IST 12 30 PM - 9 30 PM Night Shift IST 7 30 PM - 4 30 AM Schedule Work schedule will be assigned across Monday to Sunday Day Off Employees will receive one fixed day off per week Flexibility Note Candidates must be ready and available for a rotating schedule across all three shift types Requirements Experience Open to freshers and candidates with no prior experience comprehensive training provided Communication Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills are non-negotiable Disposition A confident clear and friendly telephone manner Aptitude Strong ability to learn quickly retain information and be highly self-motivated Technical Proficiency in basic computer skills Education High School Diploma or equivalent further education is a plus Shift Availability Must be fully flexible to consistently work morning mid-day and night shifts What We Offer Compensation A competitive base salary of 18 000 - 25 000 per month Training Comprehensive paid training and ongoing support Environment A friendly collaborative and supportive office environment Growth Significant opportunities for career growth and professional advancement Leave 24 days paid holidays per year How to Apply Please submit your CV to vjmglobaltree gmail com Please ensure you highlight your communication skills and confirm your understanding of the mandatory shift flexibility in a brief cover letter Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 216 000 00 - 300 000 00 per year Work Location In person
