Key Responsibilities Oversee and support the daily operations of all warehouse IT systems WMS ERP interfaces barcode scanners RF devices printers etc Ensure IT systems uptime data accuracy and seamless integration between IT infrastructure and warehouse operations Monitor and maintain network server and hardware performance in the warehouse environment Lead IT projects related to system upgrades automation and current technology implementation Coordinate with software vendors and internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues Provide end-user support and training to warehouse staff on IT systems and tools Maintain IT documentation including system configurations workflows and SOPs Ensure data security and compliance with company IT policies and procedures Develop and manage IT budgets for warehouse systems and technology needs Collaborate with cross-functional teams operations logistics finance to improve processes Requirements Bachelor s degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field 3 years of experience in IT with at least 2 years in a warehouse logistics or supply chain environment Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems Experience with IT hardware in warehouse environments RF guns printers servers Solid understanding of networking LAN WAN system administration and cybersecurity best practices Strong problem-solving and project management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced warehouse environment Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
