Job description Event manager oversees and organizes events that will make an impact to the target audience To ensure events are successful and cost-effective paying attention to budget and time constraints Should act as a Project Manager who understands marketing and promotion techniques Should be effective with fresh ideas and display right amount of organizational skills in planning an event to the finish Plan event from start to finish according to client requirements Prepare estimation property list for assigned events and ensure adherence to the same Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers Ability to delegate and coordinate tasks to your event coordinators Strong knowledge of venues and vendor offerings while taking clients on tours of venue possibilities Be in charge of hiring personnel DJs waiters etc Coordinate all event operations Catering Photography and Videography etc Get-set before the day of the event Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur Analyze the event s success and prepare reports based on feedback and execution Required Skills Communication Identifying and Solving Problems Organizing Yourself and Others Understanding and Managing Budgets Critical Thinking and Attention to Detail Effective Negotiation Stress Management Time Management Skills Planning and Strategy Language Tamil English Hindi Preferred Eligibility Criteria Diploma or Bachelor s degree Preferred Male candidate should be Coimbatore citizen resident Expertise in Event management industry Strong understanding of Management and Client requirements Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy in records Job Type Full time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Experience Events management 2 years Required Location Coimbatore Coimbatore Tamil Nadu Required Willingness to travel 75 Required Work Location In person
