Job Title Primary English Facilitator Department Academics - Primary Section Reporting To Primary Coordinator Academic Head Location Insert School Name Location Job Summary The Primary English Facilitator will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective English language instruction to students from Grades 1 to 5 The role involves planning and implementing curriculum-aligned lessons fostering a love for reading and writing and supporting the development of communication skills in young learners Key Responsibilities Plan prepare and deliver English lessons in accordance with the school s curriculum framework and learning objectives Use innovative age-appropriate pedagogical methods to make learning interactive and student-centered Integrate phonics grammar vocabulary reading comprehension and creative writing into daily instruction Encourage oral communication through discussions storytelling presentations and role-plays Regularly assess and monitor student progress through formative and summative assessments Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of student progress achievements and feedback Provide individualized support to students with varied learning needs and abilities Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and participation Collaborate with other facilitators and coordinators to ensure interdisciplinary learning and thematic integration Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance and development during PTMs and through regular updates Participate in school events workshops training sessions and curriculum planning meetings Promote a reading culture through book clubs library activities reading challenges etc Qualifications Experience Bachelor s degree in English Education B Ed preferred Minimum 2-4 years of relevant teaching experience in a primary school setting Strong command of the English language spoken and written Familiarity with CBSE ICSE IB Cambridge curriculum as applicable Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools for teaching and assessment Key Skills Excellent communication and classroom management skills Creative and engaging teaching methods Solid planning and organizational skills Empathy and patience with young learners Collaborative mindset and willingness to participate in school-wide initiatives Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
