Onebridge a Marlabs Company is a global AI and Data Analytics Consulting Firm that empowers organizations worldwide to drive better outcomes through data and technology Since 2005 we have partnered with some of the largest healthcare life sciences financial services and government entities across the globe We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Data AI Delivery Manager to join our innovative and agile team in an onsite remote hybrid role based in Bangalore India Candidates are ideally located in Bangalore or Pune with flexibility to consider other major metros such as Hyderabad or Chennai This role requires working onsite two days per week Data AI Delivery Manager About You As a Data AI Delivery Manager you are responsible for leading the successful execution of complex data-driven initiatives while fostering long-term client relationships and driving business growth You bring deep technical expertise in data management engineering and architecture coupled with strong leadership delivery accountability and stakeholder collaboration skills As a strategic thinker you balance solution delivery excellence with resource optimization customer satisfaction and risk management Your ability to translate technical complexity into business value enables you to guide clients through scalable future-proof solutions with confidence You champion governance continuous improvement and agile methodologies ensuring that delivery roadmaps remain aligned with evolving business needs You thrive in fast-paced dynamic environments effectively coordinating cross-functional teams while maintaining alignment with customer expectations and business outcomes Data AI Delivery Manager Day-to-Day Own end-to-end solution delivery for data and AI engagements ensuring alignment with scope budget quality and timelines Act as the single point of accountability for delivery managing escalations resource ramp-ups downs and client expectations Establish and enforce sound governance practices and agile delivery models to ensure consistent high-quality execution Optimize resource allocation across projects aligning team capabilities with delivery requirements to maximize efficiency Provide hands-on technical leadership to guide the design and implementation of scalable data architectures and platforms Drive client relationship management risk mitigation and strategic account development identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell Data AI Delivery Manager Skills Experience 10 years of experience in delivery management client services or project leadership focused on data and AI solutions 5 years of hands-on technical experience in data engineering architecture and cloud analytics platforms e g Snowflake Databricks Azure AWS Strong expertise in data governance data integration ETL ELT and modern architectures including data lakes lakehouses and data warehouses Proven success leading agile delivery teams managing delivery governance and aligning cross-functional stakeholders Demonstrated ability to grow client accounts lead proposals and drive strategic partnerships through business development Exceptional communication leadership and stakeholder management skills with a commitment to continuous improvement Preferred certifications PMP Certified ScrumMaster CSM cloud certifications Azure AWS GCP or ITIL
