Job Title Marine Superintendent - Chemical Tankers Location Mohali Department Marine Operations Reports To Director As advised Employment Type Full-Time Role Description Royal Marine Ship Management is seeking a qualified Marine Superintendent to join our operations team This full-time on-site position will be based at our Mohali office The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day marine operations of our tanker vessels ensuring full compliance with international maritime regulations company procedures and safety standards Key Responsibilities Oversee and monitor vessel operations to ensure safe efficient and compliant performance Manage vetting inspections and ensure vessels are prepared and maintained to pass SIRE CDI inspections Liaise with Masters and Chief Engineers to support and guide operational and safety matters Conduct incident investigations and root cause analysis implement corrective actions Maintain compliance with international maritime regulations ISM ISPS MARPOL SOLAS Support crew training safety drills and performance monitoring Coordinate with port authorities classification societies and third-party inspectors Qualifications Experience Ex-Master Mariner or Chief Officer holding a valid Master COC Sea-going experience on Chemical tanker vessels is essential Strong knowledge of marine operations ship management and vetting processes Familiarity with industry standards regulatory frameworks and best practices Proven leadership and effective communication skills If you re a results-driven maritime professional ready to bring your expertise ashore we invite you to join our team and contribute to the safe and efficient operation of our fleet Job Type Full time Pay 100 000 00 - 400 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location In person
