We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Trainer to deliver engaging training sessions and facilitate skill development for student mentors The Trainer will be responsible for identifying training needs creating materials conducting sessions and evaluating outcomes to ensure effective knowledge transfer Design and deliver engaging training sessions for mentors on topics such as Effective mentoring techniques Communication with students Problem-solving and conflict resolution Soft skill development Monitoring and feedback methods Coach mentors one-on-one to help them improve their impact and approach Regularly observe mentor sessions and provide structured feedback Support mentors in understanding Eduport s goals policies and standards Create easy-to-follow resources and handbooks to support ongoing learning Track mentor performance and identify areas for improvement Coordinate with the Program Manager to align training with program needs Organize refresher trainings and skill enhancement workshops periodically Act as a support system for mentors answering their queries and guiding them through challenges Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 9 131 36 - 25 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift
