Job Title Mechanical Engineer Company Overview KITCO is a multi-disciplinary Engineering Management and Technical Consulting firm offering end-to-end consultancy services from concept to commissioning Key Responsibilities Design and select HVAC systems including chillers AHUs ductwork and ventilation Perform heat load calculations airflow analysis and system sizing Ensure designs meet ASHRAE SMACNA NFPA IPC and local building codes Design water supply drainage sanitary and fire suppression systems Collaborate with electrical civil and architectural teams for MEP integration Review and approve mechanical drawings and specifications Coordinate with contractors and vendors for procurement and installation Monitor site execution of HVAC plumbing and fire protection systems Conduct inspections troubleshooting and performance testing Prepare technical reports compliance documents and O M manuals Ensure energy efficiency green building compliance LEED BREEAM and safety standards Requirements Expertise in HVAC plumbing and fire protection systems Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit MEP HAP and CFD tools Robust knowledge of mechanical codes and industry standards Problem-solving and analytical abilities Good teamwork and communication skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines Qualifications Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Minimum 3 years experience in MEP design execution or consultancy Preferred LEED PMP or HVAC-related certifications Job Types Full-time Contractual Temporary Work Location In person
