We are looking for an experienced Tender and Billing Engineer with strong expertise in NHAI road and bridge projects to join our dynamic team The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling tendering estimation and billing functions for large-scale infrastructure projects Key Responsibilities Prepare review and submit tenders bids and proposals for NHAI road and bridge projects Analyze contract documents technical specifications and drawings to ensure accurate costing and compliance Manage pre-bid queries documentation and coordinate with clients consultants and internal teams Prepare rate analysis BOQ Bill of Quantities and cost estimates Handle client billing certification of contractor bills and reconciliation of quantities Monitor project cost variations and ensure timely submission of bills to clients Ensure compliance with NHAI guidelines contract conditions and statutory requirements Coordinate with project finance and procurement teams for smooth execution of contracts Maintain proper records of tenders contracts and billing activities Requirements Bachelor s degree Diploma in Civil Engineering Minimum 10 years of experience in tendering estimation and billing specifically in NHAI road and bridge projects Strong knowledge of contract management rate analysis and project cost control Proficiency in MS Office AutoCAD and project management tools Excellent negotiation analytical and communication skills Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects Immediate joiners will be given preference Job Type Full time Pay 8 738 24 - 30 663 58 per month Benefits Provident Fund Experience Tender and Biling 10 years Preferred Location Chennai Tamil Nadu Preferred Work Location In person
