We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects The candidate will be responsible for cost estimation tender preparation contract administration and ensuring that the project remains within budget Key Responsibilities Prepare cost estimates budgets and bills of quantities BOQ Analyze architectural and engineering drawings and specifications Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors Prepare tender documents and evaluate bids Monitor project costs and report on any financial deviations Conduct cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work Prepare and manage project cash flow forecasts and final accounts Ensure compliance with legal and quality standards in all commercial practices Collaborate with project managers architects and engineers to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency Requirements Bachelor s degree in Quantity Surveying Civil Engineering or related field Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction cost management Robust knowledge of construction materials methods and regulations Proficiency in estimation and cost management software e g AutoCAD MS Excel CostX Excellent negotiation communication and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Job Types Full-time Contractual Temporary Work Location In person
