and delivery of technology for the bank s enterprise control functions We also manage GT O s business operations business process and controls workforce management Simplify Improve SIM governance and initiative and master planning processes Climate Risk is the risk that climate change exposes the Bank to adverse impacts on its reputation profitability or operations Given the organization wide implication of Climate Risk Climate Risk Data Platform project started in 2021 as a data warehouse application with primary focus on building an ADS for Climate Risk Since then the project scope has increased and we ve built multiple front-end applications for different climate functions like Target Management it s the only application in ERFT space accessed by Bankers Climate Data Capture Financed Emissions and Climate Data Marketplace We have a requirement for a Data Analyst with strong hands-on proven experience and robust expertise in data analysis data controls database data system design They should come with strong technical and analytical skills with robust knowledge of database data warehouse concepts They should have excellent communication skills be conversant with JIRA tools and have sound experience working in AGILE teams Resource to analyze wide variety of Internal and external data and help with strategic design for operational transactional warehouse Business Intelligence layer and analytics They should be able to closely collaborate with global development team product owners tech leads and business partners to ensure successful delivery and implementation of solutions in an agile environment Should be adept at picking up in-house frameworks and or new tools and deliver against stringent timelines Responsibilities Data Analysis and design for a growing ADS within the Bank Write complex queries joins window functions using SQL Work with multiple diverse data sources and multiple database systems Oracle MS SQL Server Mongo DB etc Be hands-on on Data Controls for the application Learn new frameworks and tools and help with adoption in the application Create visualizations such as charts and graphs to communicate their findings to stakeholders making data accessible and understandable Building Proofs of Concepts to determine fitness of solution Deliver demos walk throughs of PoC to stakeholders Identify improvement areas within the application and work to implement the same Demonstrate flexibility in adapting to team requirements Ensure high quality levels in all deliverables Participate in mandatory training and cross functions across team Demonstrate enthusiasm and zeal to acquire domain knowledge Work efficiently in matrix organization with India and USA leadership Actively involved in process improvements and automations Be a key contributor to initiatives that require analytical expertise Provide innovative solutions to problems and drive the design development of components Effectively deal with multiple
