No of Position 3 No sJob Purpose The person is responsible for the daily operation maintenance of Mechanical systems Automated Systems and Electrical Electronic Equipment processes within the assembly lines Main Tasks Duties and ResponsibilitiesKnowledge of handling PLC Sensor Limit switch HMI etc Knowledge of Mechanical Electrical Electronic maintenance Troubleshoot and repair mechanical electrical hydraulic pneumatic systems Hands on experience on utility works like electrical line water lines gas line and sewage work along with regular inspection proactive maintenance Prepare and effectively implement preventive maintenance program for all equipment s Implementation of Maintenance tools in reducing the breakdown time with effective methods such as MTBF MTTR Kaizen 5S Manage adequate critical spare-parts availability with minimum inventory Repair or replace defective components such as bearing gears motors cylinder control systems Knowledge of BLDC Motor winding machine motor will be added advantage Support installation of assembly line special SPM machine all the utilities related activities Ready to work in 3 shifts He should have knowledge of utility equipment like compressor DG UPS Transformer LT panel firefighting system Requirement Education qualification ITI Diploma Electrical or Electronics Relevant experience 5 yearsJob Snapshot Updated Date 21-07-2025 Job ID JB1548 Department Operations Location Pune Maharashtra India Experience 3 - 6 Years Employee Type Permanent
