We are seeking a skilled and experienced MIS Executive Data Management Executive DME to join our team at Vishal Technopower Private Limited Ghaziabad The ideal candidate must have solid hands-on experience in data management automation tools and report creation using Google Workspace and advanced Excel functions Key Responsibilities o Prepare manage and automate reports using Google Sheets Looker Studio and Advanced Excel o Design and manage Google Forms for data collection and validation o Use Google App Script and AppSheet to automate and streamline data workflows o Develop and maintain internal management systems like FMS PMS and IMS in spreadsheet format o Ensure data accuracy integrity and timely reporting to different departments o Perform data cleaning transformation and visualization using formulas and scripts o Coordinate with different teams to gather and organize data efficiently o Apply basic knowledge of Java in integration or troubleshooting if required Key Skills Required o Proficiency in Google Workspace Sheets Forms Docs Slides o Expertise in Advanced Excel VLOOKUP HLOOKUP INDEX-MATCH Pivot Tables Charts etc o Experience with Looker Studio Google Data Studio for dashboarding o Knowledge of Google App Script AppSheet o Understanding of basic Java concepts o Hands-on experience working with FMS PMS or IMS sheets or tools o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills o Good communication and organizational abilities Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift
