Governance Risk and Compliance GRC is an essential component of our IT organization providing support to our Pharmaceutical Research Supply Chain and Marketing organizations Our goal is to radically simplify compliance and risk management by taking a user-centric approach leveraging automation and self-service As a Tester supporting the development team you will be responsible for helping ensure the quality of the solutions we are building leveraging our ServiceNow platform This role involves working closely with developers analysts and other stakeholders to identify and resolve issues helping ensure our business requirements are met and delivering value to the organization The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing and quality assurance hands-on experience with ServiceNow and familiarity with test automation tools Experience 2 years to 5 years Responsibilities Perform functional regression and integration testing on ServiceNow applications Develop and execute test cases scripts and plans based on business requirements Identify document and track defects Collaborate with developers and business stakeholders to understand application functionality and resolve issues Participate in test planning and strategy meetings Provide regular updates on testing progress and issues to the team Stay current with latest ServiceNow updates and test methodologies to recommend and drive process improvements What we need Basic understanding of ServiceNow platform functionality and core modules e g ITSM Proficiency in developing managing and executing test cases Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills Team player with strong written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with Scrum and Agile development processes Preferred Experience and skills Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow GRC Integrated Risk Management module Pharma background or experience in an other highly regulated industry Familiarity with automated
