Key Responsibilities Office Maintenance Ensure the office premises including the pantry meeting rooms and common areas are clean organized and tidy at all times Clerical Support Assist with basic administrative tasks such as photocopying scanning filing documents and maintaining office records Mail Deliveries Collect sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail packages and documents to the relevant staff members Errands Run office errands as required such as purchasing supplies delivering important documents to local banks or client sites or making bank deposits Hospitality Prepare and serve beverages tea coffee water to office staff and visitors and set up meeting rooms for meetings and events Supply Management Monitor and replenish office supplies including stationery pantry items and toiletries reporting any shortages to the supervisor General Assistance Provide general support to all office staff with day-to-day tasks and other office-related duties as needed Reporting Promptly report any maintenance or repair issues within the office premises to the appropriate department or manager Qualifications Skills Education High school diploma 10th or 12th pass or equivalent qualification is typically required Experience Previous experience as an office assistant peon or related role is an advantage but not mandatory freshers are welcome to apply Skills Good organizational skills and solid attention to detail Reliable punctual and trustworthy with a strong work ethic Basic communication skills to interact effectively with staff and visitors Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently Physical stamina and the ability to perform general physical tasks Willingness to assist with a variety of tasks and a proactive attitude Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 8 000 00 - 10 000 00 per month Work Location In person
